Bed and Breakfast House

We have four letting rooms, of which 2 are very spacious Family rooms that can sleep 4 containing a King size bed and a single bed (plus a comfortable fold away bed), these rooms both have spacious luxurious en-suite facilities. Also 1 double and 1 single room.

On arrival you will be offered complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks etc which you can enjoy in our spacous comfortable lounge or in the privacy or your room, the choice is yours.

All rooms have a kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits. They are also fitted with satelite tv.

Bottles of wine, larger, canned soft drinks, crisps and a few sweets are available for purchase via our honesty box system, this is very popular and works very well, you just go and help yourself!

Breakfast is served in the beautifull Conservatory area from 7.30 and is Continental or full English (well Scottish actually)

Apart from the usual facilaties associated with a quality Guest House, we also have a garden area with tables, chairs, and a large barbecue that is regularly used throughout the summer months.

You can use our laundry and ironing facilities if required, please feel free to ask during your stay.

Drying facilities are available for wet suits!
