Bed and Breakfast at Bellevue House

We have six letting rooms, of which 1 is a very spacious Family room that can sleep 3 containing a double size bed and a single bed and travel cot if required. All our rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious with en-suite facilities. In addition to our family room we have 3 double rooms and 2 twin rooms again all with en suite facilities.

On arrival you will be offered complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits etc which you can enjoy in our spacious dining room or in the privacy or your room, the choice is yours.

All our rooms have tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities with delicious hand baked Border biscuits. The rooms have digital television and clock radio’s for those early starts.

Only a short distance away we have a wide range of fantastic restaurants, bars and café’s were you can soak up and rest in the comfort of the Scottish Borders friendly atmosphere. There are also local shops with a wide range of wines, beers, soft drinks, nibbles or for the sweet tooth chocolate and local fudge and tablet.

We can arrange reservations in our excellent mouth watering restaurants, tee off times at our borders excellent golf courses and taxi’s for the journey to and from your venue in our executive local taxi’s and private hire if required.

Breakfast is served in the beautiful dining room area from 7.30 and Continental or full English ++ (well Scottish Borders actually)

Apart from the usual facilities associated with a quality Guest House, only a short walk away you can take in the fresh air by walking along the Cobby by the rivers Tweed & Teviot before breakfast.

We can arrange laundry and ironing facilities if required, please feel free to ask during your stay.

Drying facilities are available for wet clothes and shoes.

We can also store bicycles in a secure area in our garden and offer our private parking area for our guests.
